The Organisation Culture Cards map patterns of behavior in organizations related to change management, developing innovation, becoming a learning organisation, or implementing information and knowledge management initiatives. There are twelve possible uses for these cards: Diagnosing Culture, Communicating Values, Evaluating Culture Change, Personas to Anticipate User Needs, Designing Change Messages, Change Poker, Supporting Teamwork, Leadership Development, Problem Solving, Narrative Sharing and Capture, Competency Management, and Personal Development. The deck is split into three types of behavior patterns: negative attitudes, dysfunctional behaviours, and positive attitudes. Use these cards to diagnose problems before they arise in the workplace.
